Content and conduct policy

Chroma After Dark is an adult fine-art and private chroma panel studio for consenting adults. All artwork, requests, submissions, and customer communications must follow this policy.

Adults only

All customers and all identifiable subjects in submitted source material must be at least 18 years old. We may require age verification before reviewing, quoting, proofing, producing, publishing, or shipping any custom work.

Consent required

Custom requests involving an identifiable real person require that person's explicit consent. If you are not the person depicted, you must have written permission from each subject before requesting artwork. Submissions involving non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited.

Prohibited content

We do not accept content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, coercion, harassment, impersonation, exploitation, illegal activity, bestiality, real-world abuse, or any material that appears to violate law, payment processor rules, or the rights of another person.

Secure submissions

Do not email government IDs, consent forms, or private source files. When verification or source files are needed, we will provide a secure upload or verification process. Submitted materials are used only to review and produce the requested work unless separate written permission is given.

Right to refuse and report

We may refuse, cancel, remove, or decline any request at our discretion. Suspected illegal content, including content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery, may be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.

Records and compliance

Where legally required, Chroma After Dark may maintain age, identity, consent, and production records for adult content. Questions about records or compliance can be sent to support@chromaafterdark.com.
