Chroma After Dark pieces are made in limited runs or by private request. Production time, shipping method, and final price are confirmed before payment.

Production time

Standard pieces are generally prepared after quote and payment confirmation. Custom commissions may require proof review and a longer production window.

Shipping

Panels are packed discreetly and shipped to the customer-provided address. Tracking is provided when available.

Refunds and replacements

Custom approved pieces are generally final sale once production begins. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact support with photos of the packaging and panel so a replacement or resolution can be reviewed.
